39 year old vineyard located in Quinta da Manoella with southwest exposure.

The harvest took place in perfect weather conditions on September 20th. The properly selected and de-stemmed grapes were trodden by foot for 12 hours in granite presses, after which they fermented in vat over 8 days. The aging took place in neutral French oak barrels for 16 months.

Beautiful purple color, intense and fresh notes of cherry, raspberry and indigenous herbs. This wine has a purity of fantastic flavors with notes of black plum and spices perfectly harmonized with elegant tannins and excellent freshness.
